Precautions for use

Product installation location

The T-ROTOR pump installation location should be a place with good ventilation, low temperature and humidity, and the pump should be installed at a higher position than the pool.

Discharge volume, viscosity, speed

The discharge volume of the pump is set according to the ratio of the speed. The most suitable speed is 1000-1800rpm. The viscosity is in the range of 20~1000cSt at a temperature of 40°C. And it should be noted that even for the same liquid, the viscosity will change according to the change in demand, so pay special attention when choosing the liquid

Drain pipe at the suction port

When draining the pipe at the suction port, in order to prevent sudden air from mixing, the sealing should be strengthened, and the use of elbows, valves, and faucets should be reduced. In addition, the pipe at the suction port should be set as short and thick as possible, and the flow rate should be controlled below 1.5m/sec

Filter device at the suction port

A filter device of more than 100Mesh must be used at the suction port, the suction pressure should be set below 0~0.15kg/ch, and the filter area should be more than twice the discharge volume of the pump.

Drain pipe at the discharge port

The flow rate at the discharge port should be controlled below 3m/sec. If the pipe diameter is small and the flow rate is fast, it will bring load to the pump, and reducing the flow rate will cause the oil temperature to rise.

Oil tank

The capacity of the oil tank must meet more than 3 times the pump discharge volume per minute, and a liquid level gauge must be attached. If the capacity of the water tank is not enough, the oil temperature will rise, heat up quickly, and cause poor suction. The distance between the filter device at the suction port and the drain port should be set as far as possible, and in order to prevent the mixing of bubbles and impurities, at least 2 baffles should be installed in the oil tank.

Precautions when choosing a motor

The more the pump discharges, the higher the pressure, and the more the motor power consumption will increase

Even for the same type of liquid, if the temperature is low, the viscosity will be high, so it will also lead to an increase in motor power consumption (based on 25 degrees - 40 degrees)

The motors produced by our company are in accordance with the high-efficiency motor standard (750WYH). The rated voltage of the standard product is 220V/380V. Except for the voltage, it is produced according to the customer's requirements, and the electrical style and appearance will be changed.

Calculation of required power

In addition to shaft power, the required power of the pump will also change due to temperature and viscosity of the liquid (seasonal influence should be considered). When calculating the required power, the worst case should be used as the basis.

When starting the pump, confirm the direction. If the pump is reversed, the seal will be damaged and the pump will not work properly. Please refer to the direction mark on the pump body.

Before the pump is operated, the liquid must be filled at the discharge port and the oil film must be formed before operation. If the pump is transported or left for a long time without operation, it will be operated in a dry state, which will cause poor suction, noise, and the pump is also in danger of damage.

Running the pump without oil filling will damage the sealing device.

If the pump vibrates or makes noise during use, please stop using it immediately, check it according to the following inspection steps, and adjust it before running it again.

Confirm whether it is damaged during transportation

Confirm whether the liquid level in the oil tank is appropriate

Confirm whether the sealing state of the suction pipe is intact

Confirm whether the bonding of the liquid is appropriate

If the pressure is set too high, it will cause noise and vibration, and the motor will be overloaded, so set the appropriate pressure.
